Q: I get an error saying wrong Location.  Why?

A: Because this is an adult online store, our merchant bank requires that we take extra measures against fraud. Therefore it is important that you enter your address exactly as it appears on your bank statement.  A simple difference such as using "Blvd" instead of "Bl" may mean that your address will not verify.  If you continue to have problems with this, please contact support here.

Q: How quickly will my order be shipped?

A: All orders ship within 2 business days. If you place your order on Monday before 5 PM PST, it will ship no later than Wednesday. If placed after 5 PM, it will ship no later than Thursday. Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday will go out no later than the following Tuesday.

Q: Why is my state not on the pull-down list?

A: Unfortunately, due to legal reasons, we do not ship to several states.

Q: Why is my country not on the pull-down list?

A: We can only ship to countries that take United States Postal Service Global Priority or Global Express packages.  Italy, as an example, does not so we cannot ship there.  Germany does take the services, but it is illegal to import pornography, so we cannot sell to Germany either.  There are several countries that we cannot accept credit card transactions from due to a high incidence of fraud.  If you do not see your country in our pull down list, then we cannot ship to your country.

Q: I have placed an order over $400 and my only choice is Express mail. Why is this?

A: On large orders we need to be able to track the package all the way to delivery, with a signature upon receipt.

Q: Can I pay using a Money Order?

A: Yes, just use the store as if you were placing an order with a credit card. When you get to the page that asks for your credit card information, print it out. Send us a money order in US dollars along with a copy of your driver's license or other government issued I.D. that shows you are 18 years old or older. Mail the order printout, the money order, and your I.D. to:

Q: Can I place my order over the phone?

A: Yes you can. First, use the store as if you were placing an order with a credit card. When you get to the page that asks for your credit card information, print it out or have it up on your computer monitor when you call. If you are in the U.S. call us toll free at 866-478-1597. If you are outside the U.S., or if you live in the Los Angeles area, call us at 818-394-9660.

Q: Why aren't the videos available in VHS format?

A: There just isn't enough demand for VHS to make it profitable to produce a VHS version.
